What counts as a seat?

A seat is any active employee added to your PTOFlow account — whether they're an Admin, Manager, or Team Member. You're only billed for active users; deactivated employees don't count.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your Billing page. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

At the end of your trial you'll be prompted to enter a payment method to continue. Your data and settings are fully preserved — nothing resets.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, reach out to support@ptoflow.com and we'll make it right.

Do you support companies outside the US?

PTOFlow works for any company using Google Workspace, regardless of location. Company holiday calendars are fully customizable so you can match any country's schedule.
